Download CMD + ADB Package From Here and Extract On Your Computer

After Extacting U Will See 4 Files .

                                                       This Is Problem:

 Do not go next just stay on language selection screen.

Now Connect Your Phone With PC and Run CMD as Admin....

Now Run This ADB Command In CMD " Adb Devices " [ see image below ]

After Run ADB Command Phone Will Show U Confirmation Popup Asking For Permission.

Allow USB Debugging

Now Run This ADB Command in CMD " Adb Shell " [ see image below ]

Now Run This ADB Command In CMD "content insert --uri content://settings/secure --bind name:s:user_setup_complete --bind value:s:1" 


Now Just Reboot Ur Phone and  ur done :)
